Years ago, it was a higher volume practice, but I soon figured out I couldn’t do the dentistry the way I wanted to do it then. We take time now. We slow down and we’re just more in tune with what patients want and need and we’re not going to overlook anybody if we can help it. And so we’re just really here to try to take care of people. Our team gets together every month and we make sure we work on the things that we consider our highest values and it’s a lot of what I talked about, but we want to make sure we’re paying attention to patients.
