So we have a plan that our patients are going to get treated today. And what that means is, is if people call here and they’re having an emergency, they’re having some kind of issue, we do everything possible to see them today, and we’re prepared to do that. And if we can’t, if it’s the end of the day, we can’t possibly do it today, we’re going to get it tomorrow.
And even when we’re away from the office, we have multiple ways of communication to where you’re either going to reach a team member or myself. And we’re going to get back with you by texting, and then there’ll be some phone calls. And we’re going to make sure we take care of what we need to. I don’t spend a lot of time coming in after hours, but it happens. And sometimes we need to come in and patch something up so that we’re, you know, out of pain. And then we can make sure we take care of it.
